ACTIN Care is a managed health plan that offers a complete range of medical services by a group of top-quality primary care physicians (PCPs), specialists and hospitals with no deductible and $500 out-of-pocket maximum for medical services.

Physicians Immediate Care is the only in-network Urgent Care option for ACTIN Care Groups‘ members.
