We accept Ambetter

Indiana

In Indiana, we are in network with the Ambetter plan through MHS.  MHS plans we are in-network with:

• Hoosier Care Connect plan
• HIP plan
• Ambetter Plan

Illinois

In Illinois, we are in network with the Ambetter plan through IlliniCare.

Ambetter has a reciprocity clause that covers Ambetter members from border states. Therefore, we accept Ambetter members in Indiana even if you have an Illinicare insurance card, and we can accept Ambetter members in Illinois even if you have an MHS insurance card.

For patients without insurance or those patients with high deductibles who choose not to submit their claim, we have three simple price categories. We accept many forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs).
