Community Elves Sharing the Magic of the Holiday Season

Christmas Community Event
Oswego Christmas Walk

Physicians Immediate Care loves sharing the warmth and magic of the holiday season. Each winter, you’ll see our team of ambassador elves out in the community, spreading good will. During this special time, we get into a festive spirit by sharing the season’s joy.

Whether it’s sharing hot cocoa with families attending the Santa’s Breakfast at St. Mary Immaculate Parish, or being a part of Chicago’s only 100% community-run ice rink, we treasure the chance to get to know the members of our community. Sponsoring WickerICE and participating in Downtown South Bends’ annual Gingerbread Competition, are just a couple of the holiday events our team loves participating in.

One celebration we never want to miss is the Village of Oswego’s Annual Christmas Walk.  This year, Physicians Immediate Care helped kick off the season with this big event on November 30th. On this mild winter evening, over 7,000 residents gathered to celebrate the season with a tree lighting ceremony, horse-drawn carriage rides, a skating rink, and s’mores toasted over the fire with local Girl Guides and Boy Scouts.  An array of local businesses came together to support the event and start the season on a warm and light path!

If you would like more information on any of these events, we’ve listed their links below. No matter how you choose to celebrate, Physicians Immediate Care wishes you and yours a wonderful holiday season!
