IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING:

• Chest pain or pressure – (NOT associated with coughing/flu symptoms) especially if radiating to shoulder/arm/back/jaw, worse with physical exertion, associated with nausea or sweating
• Difficulty breathing – including an asthma attack
• Loss of consciousness – including fainting or seizure
• Uncontrolled bleeding
• Sudden onset, severe headache – worse than a “typical” migraine for you, if you have migraines
• Sudden onset of any of the following symptoms – arm/leg/facial weakness, difficulty speaking, blurred vision, confusion/disorientation
• Severe abdominal pain
• Possible contagious rash – (e.g., chickenpox, scabies, measles), especially if associated with fever
• Chemicals splashed in the eye
• Medication overdose or ingestion of a chemical
