IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE FRONT DESK IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING:
- Chest pain or pressure – (NOT associated with coughing/flu symptoms) especially if radiating to shoulder/arm/back/jaw, worse with physical exertion, associated with nausea or sweating
- Difficulty breathing – including an asthma attack
- Loss of consciousness – including fainting or seizure
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Sudden onset, severe headache – worse than a “typical” migraine for you, if you have migraines
- Sudden onset of any of the following symptoms – arm/leg/facial weakness, difficulty speaking, blurred vision, confusion/disorientation
- Severe abdominal pain
- Possible contagious rash – (e.g., chickenpox, scabies, measles), especially if associated with fever
- Chemicals splashed in the eye
- Medication overdose or ingestion of a chemical
