Rebecca Cooper
I am currently the Regional Operations Director for Indiana and a portion of the Western Suburbs.
I began my urgent care career in March of 2014 as an x-ray technologist for a small company in Chicago. I became the manager at two of our four clinics in 2015. I was fortunate enough to be adopted by Physicians Immediate Care through an acquisition of my previous employer in 2016. Thereafter, I quickly applied to be a Multisite Manager. I managed four clinics until I accepted a promotion to Regional Operations Director in 2019. I look forward to continually grow and expand our company.
As our company enters the next phase of expansion, I am constantly challenged with the ever-changing operational needs. I am growing every day as I guide and mentor my managers to be able to be a great resource for their clinics.
We would not succeed as a company without our incredible support staff; the PCCs, PCTs, and RTs are the frontline of our company. Every day I am proud to work alongside our managers and staff that go above-and-beyond for each one of our patients. Working alongside our great providers, the clinic support staff is a key reason our patients have an incredible experience and a reason to come back!
Primarily our Core Values; Candor, Energy, Integrity, Respect, Results and Teamwork. These values displayed and intertwined by each staff member create the paramount work environment that our patients can feel and appreciate.
If hired, your career will not stop at solely the position for which you applied. You will continue to grow and improve as much as you allow yourself. Your teammates and management will be there every step of the way to nurture your strengths and help develop where you might seek improvement.
You will not find another company with more structure and support than Physicians Immediate Care.
