I have been at Physicians Immediate Care for a total of 16 years in March 2022. I started at Physicians Immediate Care as a Medical Externship student. I worked super hard and was offered a full-time position at the Belvidere location right before completing my school training hours. A year after starting, I was promoted into a clinic manager role at the Belvidere location. Soon after, I helped with a few clinic openings/expansions for Elgin and DeKalb. I am currently a Multi-Site Manager that manages three locations. One is one of the busiest clinics in the company.

Physicians Immediate Care's mission is "to provide remarkable care you can count on, when and where you need it." Can you tell us how you see that mission playing out each day at Physicians Immediate Care?
I lead by example each day I am in the clinics. I work hard to remind my team that we are here to help the communities around us. We take all patients no matter the reason until the second we close.

What is something you appreciate about Physicians Immediate Care that people would not know unless they worked there?
As a manager, I appreciate the flexibility of working my clinics around my personal life. Raising my family has been my biggest blessing. And giving the opportunity to “OWN” the clinics I manage.

The excitement of the family-oriented clinics. The benefits Physicians Immediate Care gives to all employees and their families. The bond you make with all the staff and providers.
