Talent Development and Operations Specialist

<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>As a member of the Talent Development and Clinic Standardization team, the Talent Development and Operations Specialist will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for specified functional area (PCC, PCT, or both). The specialist will focus on continuous improvement of clinic operations, maintenance of process documentation, and manage the delivery of job related training for new and existing employees. The Specialist will work closely with Instructional Designers to identify needs and build learning solutions, and with Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure quality delivery of new hire training, adherence to standards, and ongoing skill development. The Specialist will also consult with Operations and Clinic Leadership to analyze and develop solutions for clinic specific training issues and to open new or converted clinics.</p>
<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong><br>• Apply continuous improvement methodology to identify areas of improvement for clinic operations and procedures. <br>• Provide content expertise for Instructional Designers in Talent Development in the creation and revision of training resources.<br>• Maintain and/or update and communicate department policies and procedures and provide training as needed to clinics within assigned region.<br>• Work with clinic management and staff to audit/review adherence to standards, evaluate staff competence, identify areas of improvement, and coach the clinic to maintain standards. <br>• Serve as a coach to MSM and Assistant Manager in delivery of new hire and ongoing training to the clinic and ensuring tracking of completion.<br>• Consulting support for MSMs/AMs in identifying training issues and solutions.<br>• Deliver other compliance, regulatory, and company initiative in-person or web-based training when needed. (EBT/DOT/CPR/etc.)<br>• Work with Assistant Managers to ensure assigned clinic’s compliance with all required quality, compliance, and certifications as required by position type</p>
<p>The assigned schedule of the Specialist will generally be Monday through Friday. Some responsibilities may include evenings, weekends and holidays.</p>
