Talent Development Content Lead, Clinical Content Lead

<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>As a member of the Talent Development and Clinic Standardization team, the Talent Development Content Lead will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for specified functional area (PCC, PCT, RT), leading overall training strategy and projects.&nbsp; The Content Lead will be the main contact for internal and external stakeholders to identify new content, process improvements, and required changes to processes and training.&nbsp; They will deliver training, conduct train-the-trainer, and monitor metrics for their functional area to ensure effectiveness.&nbsp; The Content Lead will collaborate with the Talent Development Manager, Talent and Ops Specialists, and Instructional Designers to develop and implement solutions for Talent Development and Operations.&nbsp; The Content Lead will spend approximately 80% of their time on projects and delivering training and 20% assisting Specialists in supporting clinics.</p>
<p><br><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p>
<li>Work within Talent Development and Operations, and with other related functional areas to develop training strategy for functional area, including identifying content, delivery methods, and implementation strategy.</li>
<li>Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for functional area in company projects and for the development of solutions, collecting input from Specialists and other departments and gaining necessary approvals.</li>
<li>Lead assigned projects, and work with Instructional Designers in the creation and revision of procedures and training resources.</li>
<li>Manage any ongoing or annual required training, including all required quality, compliance, and certifications required by position type, including analyzing, scheduling, delivering, and monitoring completion,.</li>
<li>Deliver live classroom or virtual training for specified functional area (PCC, PCT, RT).</li>
<li>Conduct train-the-trainer for Specialists or others to deliver training related to your functional area and monitor to ensure quality.</li>
<li>Assist Talent and Operations Specialists with supporting clinics as needed.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
<p><strong>The assigned schedule of the Content Lead will generally be Monday through Friday. &nbsp;Some responsibilities may include evenings, weekends and holidays.</strong></p>

<li>High School diploma, higher degree or certification preferred, but not required</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience in healthcare or training environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated Expertise in functional area (RT, PCT, or PCC)</li>
<li>Ability to understand functional training needs and develop a cohesive strategy to deliver results.</li>
<li>Ability to influence individuals at all levels in the organization in a tactful and diplomatic manner</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to effectively present in front of group of individuals; strong presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex medical terminology and concepts into clear and concise communications</li>
<li>Strong technical skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Displays attitude and actions which support the company values, is a champion for the organization and patient care</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
