Talent Development Manager

<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>
<p>As a key member of the Talent Development and Clinic Standardization team, the Talent Development Manager leads the team of Talent Development and Operations Specialists in support of the clinics and implementation of Talent Development and Operation items.&nbsp; &nbsp;The Manager will be responsible for the daily activities for the Specialists and oversee the implementation of new hire training, ongoing training, the management of annual required training, and other activities.&nbsp; The Talent Development Manager will oversee training metrics and satisfaction, and work closely with MSMs to communicate changes and collect feedback on training activities. &nbsp;They will also work with Content Area Leads, Instructional Designers, and other departments across PIC to support overall strategy and projects for operations and Talent Development. &nbsp;</p>
<p><br><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and maintain class schedules, logistics, and training resources based on demand and operational requirements.</li>
<li>Manage daily activities of Specialists and ensure status reporting of new hires and accurate training records.</li>
<li>Manage ongoing communication with MSMs and meet regularly to collect feedback on Talent Development activities.</li>
<li>Assist with the Learning Management System, ensuring records are accurate and learning resources are working correctly.</li>
<li>Assist in delivering MSM and Assistant Manager training and serve as a coach in delivery of training to the clinic and ensuring tracking of completion.</li>
<li>Deliver in-person or web-based training and assist with clinic support as needed to assist the team.</li>
<li>Work with Content Leads, Instructional Designers, and other departments across PIC to represent implementation planning, and as needed, assist with projects and maintenance of procedural and training content.</li>
<li>As needed, assist planning and support of New Clinic Start-Ups, including scheduling Specialists or on-site support.</li>

<p><strong>The assigned schedule of the Team Lead will generally be Monday through Friday. &nbsp;Some responsibilities may include evenings, weekends and holidays.</strong></p>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma, higher degree or certification preferred</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience in healthcare or training environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership of others in a formal or informal role</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of clinic operations with experience as RT, PCT, or PCC, multiple experience preferred</li>
<li>Willingness to cross train and learn general knowledge of other roles within two months of becoming a Training Specialist</li>
<li>Ability to interact with individuals at all levels in the organization in a tactful and diplomatic manner</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to effectively present in front of group of individuals; strong presentation skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>

<li>Ability to translate complex medical terminology and concepts into clear and concise communications</li>
