We are very excited to announce that Physicians Immediate Care has acquired Immediate MD. Immediate MD’s four Chicago clinics (Lincoln Park, Old Town, North Center, and Jefferson Park) including their outstanding people are a great addition to our existing clinics and our company.
Growth
This investment expands our presence in Chicagoland to 28 clinics, with 42 clinics across the chain, increasing convenience for our patients and clients.
Quality Care
Immediate MD providers and staff will continue to deliver the same high-quality care to these four clinics where their patients have been so well-served. Over the next few months, there will be gradual brand transformation, website integration, operational alignment and a move to our Practice Velocity EMR. This acquisition merges two health care organizations equally committed to providing the same remarkable care our patients and partners can count on, when and where they need it.
