Physicians Immediate Care is proud to announce that we can now offer urgent care for veterans, at no cost to the patient. As an in-network partner with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (the VA), our medical services for eligible veterans can be provided without prior authorization for treatment.
This means that veteran patients now have a fast, convenient option for receiving high-quality urgent care whenever they need it. With over 40 locations open extended hours 7 days per week, we treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including:
- Allergies
- Back pain
- Bladder and urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Burns
- Coughing, vomiting, and diarrhea
- Dehydration
- Eye and ear injuries and infections
- Gout
- Hand and foot injuries
- Headaches and migraines
- Infectious diseases
- Rashes
- Sprains, strains, and broken bones
- Wounds and lacerations
To receive medical services at Physicians Immediate Care, veteran patients can reserve a time online at PhysiciansImmediateCare.com or simply walk into any of our 40+ locations for same-day care. Upon arrival, the patient should tell the front desk that they are a veteran. At the end of their visit, we will bill the VA through a third party administrator for all services provided.
To be eligible, veterans must be enrolled in the VA health care system. In addition, they must have received care through the VA or from a VA community provider within the past 24 months.
We look forward to serving our veterans by providing them with “remarkable care they can count on, when and where they need it.”
