No insurance? Starting at $165* in Indiana, we treat a variety of injuries and illnesses at set rates. So we can get you in, out and back on your feet with no surprises. Every Care Level includes an examination, medical history, vital signs, and take-home instructions.

Payment in full is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, or personal check. Prices effective December 1, 2020, and are subject to change.
