For physically demanding positions, it may be necessary to know whether or not a prospective employee will be able to meet the demands of the job. A Physical Abilities Test (PAT) is a customized exam, tailored to the employee’s job description. A PAT includes:

• Functional screening protocol based on the job description
• Customized test development
