Sports Physical Exams – $60

If your child participates in athletics, they will often be required to complete a sports physical to be cleared to play. Our medical providers can perform a thorough physical exam and complete any forms required.

Reserve Your Time

Sports Physicals are important to assess a child’s fitness level, general health, and risk of injury. For those children not participating in a specific sport, a back to school physical is always a great way to check up on a child’s general health and development before the coming school year.

What to expect

Sports physical exams will vary based on the child’s age, but typically the provider will:

• Record your child’s height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and BMI
• Check your child’s heart, lungs, lymph nodes, abdomen, skin, eyes, ears, nose, and throat
• Evaluate your child’s vision, joints, muscles, and spine
• Discuss the medical history of your child and your family

What to bring

You should bring a list of any medications your child takes, including prescription medications and over-the-counter medicines.
